Franklin Graham Banished from the Pentagon Print E-mail

Billy and Franklin GrahamIn our politically correct times speaking the simple truth can get you into trouble. Franklin Graham, a mainstream evangelical minister, was invited to participate in the Pentagon’s upcoming National Day of Prayer service. But because Franklin courageously spoke the truth about Islam following the vicious September 11th terrorist attacks, the Pentagon suddenly disinvited him.

An Army spokesman said Graham’s presence would be inappropriate because of the inclusiveness of this event. So the Army thinks it’s appropriate to exclude a mainstream Christian minister in the name of inclusiveness because he preaches the Gospel and declares the truth.

This is both irrational and inappropriate and is a sign of disrespect towards the faith of a very significant part of our military.

TAKE ACTION:

Help us defend Franklin Graham and his ability to represent evangelicals at the Pentagon’s National Day of Prayer event.

Contact the Pentagon chaplain today and urge that they include Franklin Graham in the National Day of Prayer event.
