Haiti Earthquake

There is an old saying that no good deed goes unpunished. This is now the case in Haiti.

A Haitian voodoo priest is accusing Christian relief workers of not helping certain Haitians because they practice voodoo. There is no way for us to verify or falsify this charge, but we do know that if it weren’t for the ongoing sacrifice of Christians, Haiti would be in an even worse situation.

Christians are commanded to especially care for those who are of the household of faith, but they also are helping others. Admittedly, no relief effort is perfect and it is easy to criticize Christians, but maybe that’s because Christians are the ones doing most of the work.

Christians will continue to give and serve no matter what the critics say.
